Setup Your Email Account

Setup your email account at www.ThePartnerSite.com

You need an email account and the outgoing (SMTP) server to send email from the system in your partner website.

When you order your domain at ThePartnerSite.com, the SMTP comes with a free email. If you don't order your domain from ThePartnerSite.com, you need to provide the outgoing (SMTP)

a) Log into your account at www.ThePartnerSite.com

b) Go to Email at the bottom of the page

a) Or click on Email accounts from the drop-down menu at the top of the page

a) Click on Use Credit to create your free email account

a) In the Setup Free Account box, a domain code will be presented

b) Click on the domain and continue

a) Check the New Account box

b) Click on Setup Account

a) A new web page will pop up

b) Click on Add Address
(Check your browser that may block the pop-up. If you can't see the pop-up page, you may need to refresh the browser or restart your computer)

a) Click Add

a) Enter email name (eg. sales, info or admin)

b) Enter password

c) Enter all other required information into the fields

Your email setup is complete!

a) This email setup is effective after you add your domain and email information to your Partner Admin (Step 4 will show)

Check back 24 hours to re-confirm the email is activated
You can either use the web-based email or the POP email setup in Outlook

Webbased Email: http://email.secureserver.net (clear the cookies if the other domain is locked)
POP Account
Incoming server (pop3): pop.secureserver.net
Outgoing server (smtp): smtpout.secureserver.net
